Why

This Role Matters

The Jewish Education Project seeks a full-time, detail-oriented People & Culture Manager to help bring our people and culture strategy to life. Working under the direction of organizational leadership, the Manager will execute initiatives that support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, and overall employee experience, helping to foster a positive, value-driven workplace.

Leadership sets the vision and priorities; the Manager ensures they become reality through exceptional organization, thoughtful coordination, and consistent follow-through. As a key member of the Operations team, the Manager will oversee the day-to-day people processes that support our staff while continuously improving the systems, workflow, and experiences that help our organization thrive.

Reporting to the Managing Director, Data Systems and Strategy, and working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, the People & Culture Manager will be a trusted, hands-on member of the Operations team.
