Human Resources Manager

CBIZ Talent Solutions is partnering with their valued client in the search for a qualified Human Resources Manager to join a well-established and growing manufacturing and construction organization in Suffolk County, NY.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day HR operations across multiple employee groups.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, compliance, and workforce initiatives.
• Oversee recruiting efforts, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent.
• Lead onboarding programs that create a positive new hire experience.
• Support payroll administration.
• Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and HR policy implementation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership alike.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience supporting union and non-union work forces.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now payroll processing.
• Manufacturing, construction, industrial, or related industry experience preferred.
• A proactive, self-directed professional who can hit the ground running and drive results.

Compensation: $150K-$170K
