As a Technical Recruiter for our client you will have a dual role within an award winning IT consulting firm:
- You will be a Recruitment Star recruiting for technicalpositions within the Financial Technology
- You will be a Relationship Builder building and sustaining robust long-lasting relationships with internal and external partners.
- Coordinate hiring needs with managers
- Develop a network of contacts with technical people in Finance (Fintech)
- Recruit candidates such asDBAs, Java developers, C++, C#, .Net, PMs,
- Source candidates through effective search techniques using internal database, externaljobdatabases and social media networks
- Enroll passive candidates
- Conduct preliminary phone screening interviews
- Conduct in-person interviews
- Coordination of candidates' interviews with clients
- Conduct credit/criminal and reference checks
- Presentation of offers of employment
