SVP, Talent Acquisition

They are seeking an SVP, Talent Acquisition to lead a high-performing recruiting team, partner with executive leadership, and shape the agency's talent strategy through key hiring initiatives that support continued growth and an exceptional employee experience.

• Lead the firm's Talent Acquisition function, partnering closely with HR leadership and executive stakeholders to develop hiring strategies aligned with business growth.
• Personally recruit and close executive-level talent across multiple practices, serving as both a strategic leader and hands-on recruiter.
• Direct an experienced recruiting team to build proactive pipelines of active and passive talent across practice areas, with an emphasis on strengthening recruiting while supporting critical leadership hires.
• Ensure the team delivers exceptional candidate experience, throughout the interview, offer, and negotiation process.
• Partner with hiring leaders and the TA team to define targeted search strategies, advise on talent market conditions, compensation, and hiring decisions.
• Develop scalable recruiting processes, reporting, and best practices that improve efficiency, quality of hire, and stakeholder experience.
• Survey the landscape of recruiting processes and technology to implement scalable recruiting processes, metrics, and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with HR on employer branding initiatives, talent marketing, and programs that strengthen the firm's reputation in the advertising and communications market.

• 12+ years of progressive Recruiting experience within an agency orfast moving professional services firm, including executive-level recruiting and leadership responsibility.
• Proven successoperatingas a player-coach, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on recruiting and candidate closing.
• 4+ years leading teams of Recruiting professionals to excellence.
• Deep network and market knowledge within the advertising, communications, or closely related professional services industries.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership on hiring strategy, compensation recommendations, and offer negotiations.

Salary Range: $165,000 – 195,000 annually, based on experience

Location: New York, NY– Hybrid
