The RoleNest Seekers International islooking fora driven, organized,and personable recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition & Growth team in New York. This role plays a keypartin strategic talent planning and high-volume hiring;working directly with the Head of Talent Acquisition andNest Seekers senior leadership toidentifytop talent andbuild high-performing teams.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds relationships easily, and brings sharp attention to detail to every stage of the hiring process.
- Use platforms such as Linked In, Street Easy, OLR, and other local MLS systems toidentifytalent
- Conduct screening calls with new and experienced real estate agents to evaluate fit
- Interface with hiring managers to understand talent needs and coordinate interview schedules
- Advertise open positions on job boards such as Linked In and Indeed and manage applicant pipelines
- Maintain and update candidate trackers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring accurate, real-time records of candidate status, interview stages, and next steps for all open roles
- Extend offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates to close hires
- Partner with operations tofacilitateonboarding for new agents, including license transfers and offer-letter paperwork
- Proactively build and nurture a pipeline of passive candidates — top producers, teams, and referrals — for future hiring needs
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, or sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, charismatic, and dedicated, witha strong senseof ownership and follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with the real estate industry or interest in learning its structure, terminology, and business models
- Real estate license not required—we'llsponsor your licenseifyou'reinterested in selling alongside recruiting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation: $40,000–$70,000base salarydependent on experience.
