Senior Technical Recruiter

• As a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract), you will be tasked with recruiting top talent to Sentinel One in the Americas region.
• You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting efforts across our Product, Engineering, IT, and Security teams, while playing a key role in partnering across the business on best practices in hiring, interviewing, and closing
• You will uphold high recruiting standards, with a focus on candidate experience at every stage of the recruiting cycle.
• You will be a key member of the team focused on hiring top talent into the company while also managing recruiting-related projects
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, identifying, engaging, and evaluating top candidates
• Source and maintain a pipeline of strong, passive candidates
• Be a thought partner to executives and stakeholders to develop strategies, make critical decisions, and drive creative approaches for recruiting top talent across the company
• Act as an advocate for both clients and candidates, establishing regular touchpoints and maintaining thorough follow-through
• Participate in recruiting projects and initiatives that improve the recruitment process for the recruiting team, candidates, and the hiring panel
• Utilize existing tools to source and discover creative ways to engage candidates
• Work closely with interview teams to create an exceptional candidate interview process and experience

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior business leaders and work well across teams

Experience working in a data-driven recruiting environment, with the ability to track and leverage key metrics

Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools such as Linked In Recruiter, Findem, and Claude Fluency with AI as part of your recruiting craft

Comfort with ambiguity and a high sense of urgency in a very dynamic environment, with proven organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritizeA strong focus on stakeholder and candidate experience, with excellent negotiation and closing skills

Experience with Greenhouse ATS Experience hiring for a globally scaled engineering organization, with hours flexibility as required to meet with teams across the US, Israel, Czechia, and India Compensation and equity literacy, including the ability to negotiate around total compensation packages5 or more years of experience recruiting technical talent in high tech or SaaS
