Unicare is seeking an Onboarding Specialist who is a strong communicator, pays attention to detail and is committed to continently accquire new skills. This individual will educate all new hires in their employee benefits, maintain all hires files and conduct other administrative duties as needed.
Job Responsibilites- Maintaing New Hires Files
- Oversees the entire pre-employment & onboarding process
- Conduction orientation for new employees
- Ensure all employees are familiar with the benefits offered
- Experience in the entire "New Hire" onboarding process
- Excellent computer skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Responsible/ Punctual
$19.00-$23.00
Benefits- Paid Time Off
- 8-hour shift Monday-Friday (9am-5pm)
