We're looking for an experienced and business-minded Senior HR Business Partner to join our global HR team to support our growing GTM organization across the Americas region (US, Canada, and Lat Am). The Senior HR Business Partner is a trusted advisor to leaders of all levels and employees alike, helping to align our People strategies with business goals while shaping an inclusive and high-performing culture.
The ideal candidate is willing to jump-in when needed and has a passion for learning more. This role reports directly to the SVP of HR, supporting strategic and tactical execution to drive organizational success.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle for team members across the Americas (US, Canada, and Lat Am)
- Act as a trusted advisor for GTM leaders
- Support culture engagement and organizational design to align people strategies with business objectives
- Lead and support initiatives and HR programs that support growth, retention, and performance
- Run talent and succession planning sessions with senior leadership
- Support headcount planning and people-related costs
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to create actionable insights
- Coach managers and employees to improve performance and engagement
- 8+ years of hands-on HR experience at SaaS / tech companies (Business Partner + Regional HR experience preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
- Proven experience supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) employees in Sales, Success, and Marketing organizations
- Strong business understanding with the ability to connect People strategy to company objectives
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace and HRIS platforms (Tri Net, Bob, etc.)
- Proactive, professional, and able to navigate competing priorities with good judgment
- Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and enjoy building things that scale
- Worked with global HR teams at late-stage tech start-ups or early growth-stage companies
- Experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
