  • Lead the development and administration of compensation programs, salary structures, bonus plans, incentive programs, and other variable compensation.
  • Manage the annual compensation planning process, including merit increases, promotions, equity adjustments, budgeting, reporting, and presentations.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders on job structures, titles, job levels, compensation alignment, and pay practices.
  • Conduct market analysis and participate in compensation surveys to ensure programs remain competitive.
  • Review promotions, transfers, and changes in job responsibilities for compensation implications.
  • Develop competitive and internally equitable offer packages.
  • Conduct regular compensation audits to identify equity and market competitiveness opportunities.
  • Provide compensation guidance and recommendations to leadership.
  • Develop employee communications and training around compensation and total rewards.
  • Partner with HR leadership, brokers, vendors, and consultants to evaluate and maintain competitive benefit programs.
  • Oversee the annual open enrollment process, including employee communications and informational sessions.
  • Evaluate benefit and wellness programs with a focus on employee retention, recruitment, and cost effectiveness.
  • Ensure benefit enrollments and payroll deductions are accurately administered.
  • Partner with payroll leadership on administration of the company's 401(k) plan.
  • Monitor changes in benefits legislation and industry trends.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required;
    Master's degree and/or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.
  • 7-10+ years of progressive compensation and benefits experience.
  • Strong expertise in compensation strategy, salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, develop recommendations, and influence senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of applicable benefits and employment regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and PPACA.
  • Advanced analytical and critical-thinking skills with strong Excel proficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and/or payroll systems;
    Ceridian Dayforce experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
