A dynamic consumer products organization is seeking an HR Generalist to join the team immediately on a long term contract basis
. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on HR professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative culture, and wants exposure across the full employee lifecycle.

• Support onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and HR operations
• Assist with recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data integrity
• Prepare, analyze, and report on HR metrics and workforce data
• Support payroll processes, policy administration, and employee programs
• Partner with leadership and employees on HR initiatives and special projects

• 3+ years of HR experience in a Generalist, Coordinator, or broad HR support role
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, reporting, data analysis, and dashboards
• Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, reporting, workflows, and day‑to‑day productivity
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Professional, resourceful, and highly confidential in handling employee matters
• A positive, service‑oriented approach and strong attention to detail
