Join a growing bakery and retail café organization built on craftsmanship, sustainability, and community. As Talent Acquisition Manager/HR, you'll own the full recruiting lifecycle - from frontline production and retail roles to specialized culinary and leadership positions - while shaping how the company finds and keeps people who care about doing things the right way. It's a hands-on, high-impact opportunity for someone who wants to build local talent pipelines and see the direct results of their work across production floors, bakery facilities, and retail cafés.
Responsibilities- Own full-cycle recruiting - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring - for roles ranging from frontline production and retail to specialized culinary and leadership positions.
- Guide employees through internal transfer and mobility opportunities, partnering with department heads on interest checks, interviews, and cross-departmental moves.
- Partner with department heads on staffing needs, seasonal demand, and long-term workforce planning, while training managers on structured, compliant interviewing techniques.
- Build and maintain local talent pipelines through Linked In, community outreach, job fairs, and culinary school partnerships.
- Manage staffing agency relationships, negotiate vendor contracts, and oversee background check, drug screening, and reference workflows ahead of offer and onboarding.
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing, food & beverage, hospitality, or retail environments.
- Hands-on experience managing candidate workflows and communications within an Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, , Paylocity, or similar).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally to job fairs, culinary schools, and regional facilities.
- Experience managing third-party staffing agencies and overseeing temp-to-perm conversion workflows.
- Working knowledge of employment law related to recruiting compliance, I-9 verification, and pre-employment screening.
- Experience partnering with marketing on employer-brand channels such as Glassdoor, Indeed, or Google.
- Competitive base salary of $90,000 - $105,000/year plus quarterly bonus eligibility.
- Hybrid schedule with a standard Monday-Friday day-shift structure.
