Human Resources Operations Coordinator

Gainor Staffing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Operations Coordinator to provide part-time support across several business functions. You'll partner with multiple teams to support human resources, financial operations, and marketing initiatives.

• You have 2+ years of human resources experience
• Prior experience with onboarding and payroll support, highly preferred
• Personable, professional, and customer service oriented
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices
• Coordinate onboarding activities and employment documentation for new hires
• Post and maintain job advertisements across multiple job boards
• Create and update marketing materials
• Process employee timecards and payroll approvals
• Maintain organized records and support day-to-day business operations
• Assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks as needed

Pay Rate Range: $28-32 per hour, based on experience

Time Commitment: 3 days per week (Tues, Wed, Thurs) for approximately 6 months

Location: Midtown, NYC – Fully on site
