Recruitment Manager

Our client, an established investment firm, is seeking a Recruitment Manager to join its New York City team. This leadership role will oversee full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization while managing and mentoring a small team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will bring a strong financial services recruiting background, prior team leadership experience, and the ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on execution.

If this sounds like you,

• 7+ years of recruiting experience within a small or mid-sized financial services firm, required.
• Experience managing and developing recruiting teams, required.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience supporting both front-office and corporate functions, required.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership on recruiting strategy and workforce planning, required.

The salary for this role is $200K-$250K.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
