Talent Acquisition Lead

We're partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed technology company that's entering a significant phase of growth and looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Lead to help scale the organization through its next chapter.

As a senior individual contributor
, you'll take ownership of hiring across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Operations while partnering directly with founders and senior leadership to build the processes, infrastructure, and talent strategy required to support a rapidly expanding business.

The successful candidate will be an exceptional hands-on recruiter who enjoys sourcing hard-to-find talent, influencing business leaders, and helping create a world-class hiring function from the ground up.

• Full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience within high-growth, venture-backed startups
• Proven success recruiting for both technical and business-focused functions
• Strong experience hiring software engineers, product talent, and operational or commercial roles
• Advanced sourcing capabilities and a track record of proactively identifying and engaging passive candidates
• Experience leveraging ATS platforms, recruiting technology, and talent analytics
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments where priorities can shift quickly
• Data-driven approach combined with strong business and commercial acumen
