Summary

As the HR Business Partner for the Northern Region, you will serve as a strategic HR generalist supporting the region's stores and employees. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness while partnering closely with store leadership and the broader HR team. The role is based onsite at the New York corporate office and includes responsibility for regional headcount, budgeting, and talent programs.

Responsibilities
  • Act as strategic HR Business Partner for the Northern Region, supporting store leaders and employees.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting and internal mobility efforts to meet regional staffing needs.
  • Handle employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate employment actions.
  • Administer and drive the annual performance review and new hire review processes.
  • Maintain regional organizational charts, manage HR headcount budget, and support payroll monitoring.
  • Provide coaching, training, and succession planning recommendations to optimize business performance.
  • Partner with HR team members to implement talent acquisition and development programs and analyze HR metrics.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Experience leading HR in a multi-unit, high-volume retail or service environment; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Strong skills in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and coaching.
  • Solid knowledge of HR policies, Federal and State employment laws, and HRIS/office technology (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel for store visits and regular in-person work at a company-designated New York location.
