Responsibilities
- Daily data entry and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platform (ADP Enterprise, Workforce Management, ADP Document Cloud)
- Run standard and custom data reports for Human Resources management and leadership
- Help troubleshoot system errors and user login issues in all Automatic Data Processing (ADP) platforms (Workforce Management, MyADP) as well as C-Cure (physical access system)
- Act as a liaison between the Human Resources team, Information Technology, Information Security, and software vendors
- Under the supervision of the HRIS Analyst, test system updates, patches, and new program features
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all personnel data
- Research, verify, and respond to written and/or oral inquiries from employees and third parties regarding employment verifications for former and current employees; compose and distribute routine written correspondence as necessary
- Conduct disciplinary reviews of internal applicants during the Recruitment process (Applicant Listing)
- Provide backup documents for Audits (Internal and external)
- Perform special projects and assignments as directed by management
This is a hybrid position that requires you to report to our New York City office ten days per month. The first few months of the position is 100% in the office.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Minimum two (2) years HRIS and/or HR operations experience with a strong emphasis on data reporting required
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook, required; knowledge of Microsoft Visio preferred
- Strong self-motivation and follow-up skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Strong project management and organizational skills; detail-oriented and adaptable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including oral, written, and listening abilities. Professional appearance and ability to maintain required confidentiality
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, Funds, the union, vendors, and the public. Demonstrates a positive service attitude in all interactions
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, multitask, exercise sound judgment, and prioritize assignments
