Preferred Experience- Three or more years of travel nurse recruiting experience
- Demonstrated success placing healthcare professionals
- Strong candidate sourcing and pipeline-management skills
- Proven sales, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities
- Experience building repeat business through redeployment and referrals
- A self-directed, competitive, and adaptable approach
- A truly uncapped, producer-focused compensation plan
