- Provide support and guidance to employees, managers, and Human Resources Partners on Human Resources systems, programs, and processes
- Respond to inquiries through phone, case management, and other support channels
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday, UKG, Guardian, and related tools
- Support transactions and employee inquiries related to time off, leaves, policies, and employee programs
- Troubleshoot system issues
- Maintain accurate Human Resources data
- Complete audits and corrections as needed
- Support Form I-9 processing and pre-employment screening activities
- Administer Human Resources programs
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Leverage technology, automation, and artificial intelligence tools to enhance service delivery and the employee experience
- Report to the Manager, HR Service Delivery
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Three or more years of Human Resources-related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Workday, UKG, or other Human Resources Information Systems preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with experience reviewing and maintaining accurate data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Ability to work in a hybrid role with 3 days in office
- This role does not require regular travel to or work within manufacturing facilities
Demonstrates expertise in Human Resources systems and processes, particularly with Workday and UKG, while providing exceptional support and guidance to employees and managers. Proficient in data management and process improvement, leveraging technology to enhance service delivery.
