• • Source and run outbound campaigns across all open roles
• • Sharpen the narrative to engage passive talent and build pipelines
• • Use data to enhance the process and iterate on recruiting effectiveness
• • Proactively build pipeline for future roles and cultivate relationships with top talent
• • Support culture and engagement initiatives when hiring volume is low
• • Establish the foundation for Trove’s recruiting function and support business growth

• 5+ years in a full-cycle recruiting role
• Experience ideally in a seed to early-scale company
• Track record of shortening time to hire without lowering the talent bar
• Comfortable sourcing and closing passive candidates
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to represent the brand externally without oversight
• Systems-minded approach to building recruiting processes
• Genuine curiosity about Trove and the collectibles space
