Talent Acquisition Partner – Technical

• Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering, data science, and product roles from intake through offer close
• Use AI-enabled workflows to improve recruiting efficiency
• Refine interview rubrics, technical assessments, and scorecards
• Track and present time-to-fill, pass-through rates, offer acceptance, and hiring manager NPS metrics
• Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies through job boards, Linked In, niche communities, industry events, university partnerships, and direct outreach
• Use AI-enabled recruiting tools and predictive analytics to identify passive candidates
• Partner with engineering managers to translate technical requirements into search strategies
• Embed inclusive hiring practices across the recruiting lifecycle
• Expand access to underrepresented talent and strengthen pipeline diversity
• Champion a consistent candidate experience aligned with Hinge’s values and employer brand
• Represent Hinge’s mission, culture, and value proposition to candidates
• Partner with stakeholders on employer branding initiatives
• Build meaningful candidate relationships and provide a high-touch experience
• Advise engineering and product leaders using market data, compensation benchmarking, internal equity, and candidate expectations
• Facilitate calibration and navigate complex technical role definitions
• Maintain timely communication with candidates, HRBPs, operations partners, and business leaders
• Conduct regular feedback sessions with hiring managers

• 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting, ideally in tech or mobile-first companies
• Ability to read engineering job descriptions and understand technology stacks
• Ability to have credible conversations with technical hiring managers
• Strong command of Linked In Recruiter
• Experience with AI talent platforms
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques
• Ability to use recruiting metrics to drive decisions and present pipeline insights to engineering leadership
• Hands-on experience building technical interview frameworks, scorecards, and assessment rubrics
• Hands-on ATS experience with Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or comparable platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Comfort advising senior leaders and navigating ambiguity
• High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust quickly
• Knowledge of New York compensation structures and geographic pay considerations (preferred)

Proficient in building technical interview frameworks and leveraging recruiting metrics to inform decision-making and improve hiring outcomes.
