Recruiter – GTM, AMER

• Own and drive hiring for sales and go-to-market roles at Chainalysis
• Build pipeline through proactive outbound sourcing
• Map the competitive talent landscape across crypto, fintech, and traditional financial services
• Develop sourcing strategies using referrals, community engagement, and direct outreach campaigns
• Maintain high outbound activity to stay ahead of hiring demand
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and closing
• Manage a high-volume requisition load across enterprise and public sector go-to-market teams
• Move candidates efficiently while providing a thoughtful, personalized, and transparent candidate experience
• Make data-driven decisions on pipeline health, conversion rates, and sourcing channel effectiveness
• Partner with sales leaders and hiring managers to understand team priorities and hiring profiles
• Guide hiring managers with communication, calibrated expectations, and market insights
• Share competitive intelligence on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring trends
• Provide pipeline updates and flag risks early
• Champion diversity and inclusion in searches
• Share sourcing wins, market learnings, and process improvements with the Talent Acquisition team
• Improve recruiting workflows, tools, and candidate experiences
• Occasionally support recruiting for roles outside go-to-market

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong track record hiring sales and go-to-market talent, including Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Business Development Representatives
• Demonstrated outbound sourcing ability and direct candidate outreach
• Experience recruiting sales talent within SaaS and Cybersecurity sectors
• Experience recruiting candidates selling complex solutions into Fintech, Cryptocurrency, or Traditional Financial Services markets
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions at high volume

• Ability to build credibility with hiring managers and use data to guide decisions
• Collaborative, low-ego approach
• Curiosity about the blockchain intelligence industry and willingness to learn the Chainalysis product suite
• Experience recruiting public sector go-to-market roles is nice to have
• Familiarity with government clearance requirements is nice to have
• Experience at a high-growth or pre-IPO technology company is nice to have
• Experience with Ashby ATS and sourcing tools is nice to have
• Recruiting experience beyond core sales roles is nice to have
• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without restrictions
• This role is ineligible for visa sponsorship
• Must commit to working 1 day a week in the office
