About this position Consultant, Talent Acquisition OptimizationThis role focuses on optimizing Talent Acquisition (TA) processes and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute 5-8 TA optimization projects concurrently.
- Implement automated Linked In job postings.
- Ensure job posting compliance.
- Configure ADP Selection and Screening, including updating requirements and creating an adjudication matrix.
- Update application screening requirements in ICIMS and integrate an AI tool.
- Begin reviewing TA metrics for 2026 and conceptualize a dashboard.
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Experience in Talent Acquisition processes and systems.
- Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems such as ADP and ICIMS.
- Experience with Linked In Recruiter or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with data analysis and dashboard creation.
- Understanding of job posting compliance and best practices.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
