Admissions Officer II; Regional Recruiter - NYC)

University of Florida is hiring an Admissions Officer II (Regional Recruiter - NYC). The role drives recruitment strategy and territory management across the greater New York City area, representing UF at high schools, colleges, and regional fairs. This position also engages prospective students and families and participates in the holistic review of freshman applications.

• Serve as the primary admissions representative for the New York City and Long Island area.
• Travel to high schools, state colleges, and regional fairs to promote UF's admission pathways.
• Build relationships with high school counselors and college advisors.
• Plan and execute recruitment events, yield initiatives, and territory travel logistics.
• Deliver in-person and virtual information sessions and respond to admissions inquiries.
• Participate in holistic review of freshman applications, evaluating academic records and personal statements.
• Analyze recruitment data and trends to inform a strategic territory plan.
• Master's degree in an appropriate area, or a bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license and a valid passport (or ability to obtain one) are required.
• Pay is $70,000 annually.
