The Recruitment Consultant will build relationships with senior technology leaders, develop new client accounts, connect businesses with high-quality talent, and manage recruitment processes from first conversation through successful placement.

• Develop new business through targeted outreach, relationship building, and client acquisition
• Build relationships with VPs, Directors, C-suite executives, and other senior decision-makers
• Source, engage, and introduce talented professionals to growing technology businesses
• Manage interviews, negotiations, offers, and placements from start to finish
• Build specialist expertise within either the Fin Tech or Green Tech recruitment market

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people
• Ambition to build a high-earning career with measurable progression opportunities

• A goal-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for working toward individual and team targets
• No previous recruitment experience; comprehensive training is provided

• $55,000 base salary plus uncapped commission
• First-year OTE of $75,000–$85,000, with high performers earning $90,000+
• Potential to reach six-figure total earnings as your experience and client base grow
