ur Legal and Professional Services team in NYC is hiring for a 180 experienced legal or professional services recruiter (direct hire or temp).
They are also open to 360 recruiters that would like to build out a book of business and focus on full desk. The ideal candidate is financially motivated, relationship-driven, and well-versed in the sales industry

• Recruiting, sourcing and cold-calling
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using ATS, Linked In Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications for sales resumes to match client needs
• Develop creative strategies to recruit both active and passive candidates
• Provide consultative guidance to clients on hiring trends, talent availability, and workforce planning
• Balance client expectations with candidate experience to achieve successful placement
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruiting workflows and meet hiring goals

• Continuous training and professional development
• Aggressive commission structure with earning potential from $25,000-$250,000 annually on top of base (depends on level and overall responsibilities regarding salary)

• Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment or sales
