You will enter a business with proven markets, existing client relationships and warm opportunities to develop. Previous recruitment experience is not required. You will receive structured training, practical coaching and the opportunity to build a long-term career in a high-performing specialist recruitment environment.

You will build relationships with candidates and businesses across the Tech market, developing into a commercially successful recruitment professional.

• Build and manage relationships with candidates and hiring organizations across an established specialist market
• Develop new opportunities while benefiting from warm leads and existing commercial relationships
• Learn permanent, contract and specialist recruitment techniques through practical, structured training
• Manage recruitment processes from initial conversations through interviews, offers and successful placements
• Build your own market presence with clear opportunities to progress into leadership or become a high-performing individual contributor

• Strong ambition and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in recruitment
• Commercial curiosity and motivation to work in a performance-led environment
• Confidence communicating with different people and building relationships naturally
• Resilience, competitiveness and the ability to learn constructively from feedback
