Asst. Manager NY- TA&EE Intellectual Capital Group

• Ensure that on onboarding and offboarding are conduct in compliance with NY Labor laws and regulations.

• Ensure onboarding and offboarding procedures are followed as per SOPs.

• Welcome newly hired employees and execute the engagement plan throughout the onboarding journey.

• Provide all the necessary information and support which the new joiner requires.

• Support with the orientation of the new joiners.

• Maintain and update database of organization structure and staff details, including staff files.

• Arrange background checks and OFAC checks on new hires in compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and place documentary evidence in personal files.

• Maintain training database and liaise with external agencies/ training centers for attendance of training courses / seminars for branch staff.

• Ensure prompt resolution of HR related issues of branch, acting as liaison with staff on HR complaints and advising management on resolution.

• Coordinate interviews with PICG(HR) and other Group/ Division at HO to meet all requirements arising from staffing needs/ issues of branch personnel.

• Maintain training log.

• Assist Manager, PICG on leave planning for all staff.

• Disbursement of salaries and maintenance of all salary data.

• Assist Manager, PICG with 401K Savings Plan administrative tasks and respond to staff inquires.

• Assist with renewal of Medical/ Dental Insurance as well as Life Insurance policies.

• Assist Manager, PICG with day
  -to
  -day operational activities and administrative tasks

• Responsible for processing insurance enrollment / changes and terminations accurately

• Responsible for processing insurance premium payments of medical/dental /vision/short-term and Long-term disability insurance.

• Ensure that employees records ( hard/soft ) are maintained in compliance with NY Shield – Act Handling employees inquires and respond to them in timely manner.

• Support in solving employee’s issues and provide them with guidance.

• Work closely with other PICG unit to educate and provide guidance.

• Provide support to Manager, PICG in handling day to day affairs.

• Support Employee Engagement Champion in organizing and executing the EE plans and event

• Participate in improvement initiatives within the PICG team.

• Handling employees inquires and respond to them in timely manner

• Support in solving employee’s issues and provide them with guidance.

Work closely with other PICG unit to educate and provide guidance

• Knowledge of local Labor laws and regulations on employment matters

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - ability to interact and coordinate with staff across all levels.
