Burco Staffing is an established physician recruitment and staffing agency that is seeking an experienced Travel Nurse Recruiter to spearhead their Travel Nursing
team
. This is a hands-on recruitment and leadership position for someone who enjoys making placements, mentoring recruiters, and improving team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and place travel nurses in contract assignments
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment, credentialing, onboarding, and placement process
• Develop long-term relationships with nurses to support extensions and future assignments
• Take a meaningful role in training and overseeing a team of recruiters.
• Recommend travel-nursing recruitment best practices and process improvements
• Work closely with agency leadership to support continued growth

What We're Looking for
:

• Strong understanding of the most impactful recruitment methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to successfully recruit and place travel nurses in contract assignments
• Familiarity with credentialing, compliance, onboarding, extensions, and redeployment
• Leadership, training, or recruiter-management experience is strongly preferred
• Strong sourcing, communication, and candidate-relationship skills
• Organized, accountable, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• Able to recruit independently while supporting the success of a team
