Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client, a leading global fintech organization, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its growing team in New York. This individual will own full-cycle recruitment across the U.S. market, partnering closely with senior leaders to identify, attract, assess, and onboard top talent. The ideal candidate is a polished, proactive recruiter with strong U.S. market expertise and experience hiring for corporate and go-to-market roles.

5+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment, required.

• Experience recruiting for go-to-market (GTM), business development, legal, and compliance roles in the U.S. market, required.
• Strong candidate assessment, interviewing, and selection experience, required.
• Exposure to fintech, technology, or other rapidly scaling organizations, preferred.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies, required.
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment, required.
• Highly competitive bonus potential based on performance.

The salary for this role is $100K-$130K.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
