We are working on an exciting Talent Partner search for a rapidly scaling, well-funded AI company in New York City
.
This is a highly visible, hands-on recruiting role for someone who loves finding exceptional talent and partnering closely with leadership in a fast-moving environment. You’ll own searches end-to-end—from developing sourcing strategy and identifying standout candidates through assessment, candidate management and closing.
We’re looking for someone with a strong track record recruiting high-caliber talent in demanding, high-growth environments
. Startup experience is particularly valuable, along with the ability to move quickly, operate independently and build trusted relationships with both candidates and hiring leaders.
Location: New York City, in-person
Profile: Hands-on, strategic, highly resourceful recruiter with excellent sourcing and closing skills
