Senior Full-Desk Executive Recruiter – NYC

We’re growing our NYC team and looking for a Senior Full-Desk Recruiter who wants to build something of their own.

You’ll have the opportunity to build your candidate network, work closely with our sales team, develop your market, and take a search from the first call all the way to the placement.

We’re a certified minority-owned staffing firm based in NYC, with teams across Accounting & Finance, Financial Services, Healthcare, Legal, IT, HR, and Administrative staffing.

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting, negotiating, and closing
• Partner with our sales team to understand client needs and deliver the right talent
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates within your specialty
• Proactively identify and recruit talent rather than relying solely on job orders
• Market available consultants and candidates across active client opportunities
• Manage multiple searches while keeping candidates engaged throughout the process
• Develop market knowledge and become a go-to resource within your niche
• Help grow the NYC business by turning candidate relationships into long‑term opportunities

• 2+ years of staffing/recruiting experience preferred
• Experience working a full desk or interest in growing into a full-desk model
• Strong phone, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
• Strong follow‑up and organizational skills
• Competitive, motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing urgency or attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
