Carrier Field Recruiter

Description

We are seeking an experienced Carrier Recruiter to help source, vet, and onboard qualified trucking carriers for our growing logistics network. This role is ideal for a self-motivated recruiter with strong industry knowledge, existing carrier relationships, and the ability to operate independently. The ideal candidate understands carrier compliance, insurance requirements, and onboarding documentation
, and can quickly bring reliable carriers into our network.

• Source and recruit qualified owner-operators, small fleets, and trucking companies
• Build and maintain a pipeline of reliable carriers
• Conduct initial carrier qualification and screening
• Collect and verify required onboarding documentation:
• Certificate of Insurance (COI)
• W-9
• MC Authority
• DOT Number
• Operating Authority
• Safety Rating (FMCSA)
• Verify insurance requirements and coverage limits
• Ensure carriers meet compliance standards and company requirements
• Maintain communication throughout onboarding process
• Coordinate with operations teams
• Track recruiting progress and onboarding status

• Experience recruiting:
  Cargo Van carrier, Flatbed carriers, Box truck
• Knowledge of load boards
• ATS experience
• Consistent onboarding of qualified carriers
• Reliable and compliant carrier pool
• Strong communication and follow-through
