This role is an end-to-end technical recruiter responsible for sourcing, interviewing, coordinating, negotiating, and onboarding engineering candidates, specifically within the semiconductor industry

• Will be responsible for End to End recruitment process
• Should have worked on Engineering, Semiconductor requirements
• Coordinating and Managing Stakeholders
• Maintaining internal data base of candidates as per their skill sets.
• Sourcing, Searching, identifying candidates using job boards, social media, etc.
• Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references
• Co-ordinates interviews and be hand in end-end process till offer been rolled.
• Responsible for salary negotiations, closing the candidates and till the applicant gets onboarded.
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly report generation

• 3-7+ years of recruiting experience supporting semiconductor industry
• Demonstrated success in high volume, fastpaced, or production driven hiring environments
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, plant operations, and engineering skill profiles
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and reporting dashboards
• Workforce planning & requisition prioritization
• Technical and manufacturing talent sourcing
• Stakeholder partnership and hiring manager advisory
• Data driven recruiting and SLA management
• Compliance, documentation, and process discipline
