Talent Sourcer

Client:
Our client is a leading global law firm advising the businesses and institutions that drive the global economy.

Our client is looking for a Talent Sourcer to join their Human Capital & Talent team. This role supports individual search efforts as well as workforce planning initiatives at the departmental, functional, and office level, through best-in-class market research, data, pipelining, and direct outreach.

• Leverage Linked In's product suite, iCIMS, pre-existing market maps, and other pipelining tools/strategies to build talent pipelines for active searches
• Analyze and share talent market data with recruiters and/or hiring managers to influence and augment go-to-market strategy
• Predictively pipeline talent for searches that recur at regular frequency, based on analysis of hiring data
• Generate, or leverage pre-existing market maps and talent pipelines to create pools of passive candidate targets for individual searches
• Pitch opportunities to passive and warm candidate targets; conduct initial pre-application discussions to validate interest and qualifications
• Produce competitive intelligence reports covering the client's market position relative to active searches, team buildouts, titling, leveling, org structure, compensation, and talent trends
• Protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, and/or proprietary information

• A bachelor's degree, preferably, with a focus in Human Resources or Data Analytics
• A minimum of three (3) years’ of experience as a sourcer, talent market researcher, or recruiter, in a global professional services environment

• Demonstrate proficiency with Linked In Recruiter and Linked In Insights
• Display comprehensive knowledge of Boolean search logic and Microsoft Office Suite
• Possess a strong ability to source within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Possess a strong ability to distill and communicate complex information tailored to the relevant audience

• Base $140,000 - $160,000 + Bonus
