The Senior Recruiter will provide high-touch, end-to-end recruitment support to GCIB and Global Markets & Research , partnering closely with senior hiring managers and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent within agreed timelines, SLAs, and KPIs.

This role is suited to an experienced recruiter who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced financial services or investment banking environment , engaging with senior leaders, managing complex recruitment processes independently, and providing consultative advice rather than simply executing hiring requests.

The Senior Recruiter will act as a trusted recruitment partner and custodian of candidate quality, hiring manager experience, process efficiency, and recruitment compliance . The role will work closely with Sourcing, Recruitment Administration, and other internal teams to deliver an effective end-to-end recruitment service.

• Manage recruitment processes from intake through offer and onboarding/start date .
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, timelines, compensation, and selection processes.
• Provide consultative recruitment advice , using market insights and data to guide hiring decisions and challenge unrealistic requirements where appropriate.
• Manage complex hiring processes, including multiple interview stages, senior-level stakeholders, and offer negotiations.
• Partner with Sourcing and Administration teams to ensure strong candidate and stakeholder experiences.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks, and develop proactive talent pipelines.
• Coach and mentor Recruiters, Sourcers, and Administrators on best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and continuous improvement .
• Maintain accurate ATS/CRM data and ensure compliance with legislation, client requirements, and internal policies.
• Independently manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Hands on end-to-end recruitment , ideally within investment banking or financial services .
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and executives .
• Strong executive presence and communication skills; comfortable presenting to groups of 10–100+.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction and exercise strong critical thinking and judgment .
• Experience with RPO, recruitment technology, ATS/CRM systems, and recruitment compliance .
• Strong stakeholder management, organisation, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented approach with experience coaching and mentoring others .

• We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is from 86,700 USD to 114,200 USD plus applicable benefits.
