We are partnering with a footwear company seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join on a contract basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of recruiting experience within footwear, fashion, apparel, retail, consumer products, or comes from a recruiting agency background. Experience supporting eCommerce and digital roles is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from hiring manager intake through offer acceptance.
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, position requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
Post open positions and proactively source candidates using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Conduct candidate screenings, assess qualifications and fit, and advance qualified candidates through the interview process.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers to keep searches moving efficiently.
Prepare, extend, and negotiate offers through acceptance.
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition activity within the ATS.
Build talent pipelines and proactively identify candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

Requirements:

3-5 yrs’ related experience
Experience with in consumer products or a related industry, or out of a recruiting agency
Proficiency sourcing on Linked In

Skills:

Experience recruiting for ecommerce, digital, and related functions

Compensation:

Compensation: $35-40/hr

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
