Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager - US Retail leads end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and secure top-tier luxury retail talent across the United States. This role partners closely with retail leadership and HR business partners to forecast needs, maintain talent pipelines, and uphold a white-glove candidate experience aligned with luxury standards. The position requires a results-oriented recruiter who can balance hiring velocity with quality and support succession and internal mobility initiatives.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies and talent pipelining for roles from Client Advisors to Boutique Directors.
• Maintain talent mapping for key retail hubs and ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
• Conduct market immersion and boutique visits to identify talent through direct engagement and networking.
• Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and drive hiring KPIs, including fill rate and time-to-fill.
• Curate a white-glove candidate experience that reflects luxury retail standards at every stage of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with HRBPs to support succession planning and accelerate internal mobility.
• Work with corporate HR teams to develop recruitment initiatives and employer branding tools.

• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with prior agency experience preferred.
• Deep fluency in the luxury retail landscape and competitive market dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability in executive assessment and articulating candidate potential.
• Proven track record meeting hiring KPIs and driving recruitment outcomes with high quality.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills and the ability to build high-trust relationships.
• Flexibility to travel as required to support regional hiring and boutique engagement.
