Summary
The Director, Talent Management and Mobility will lead Cartier North America's talent management strategy, supporting growth, retention, engagement, and productivity. The role oversees talent reviews, succession planning, internal mobility, development programs, and strategic people analytics, while advancing diversity and inclusion.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute talent management strategies, organizational talent reviews, development programs, and succession plans.
- Lead domestic and international mobility programs, career committees, internal talent-sharing initiatives, and employee mobility improvements.
- Oversee talent reporting, dashboards, people analytics, and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
- Modernize talent processes and assessment tools alongside HR Operations and Technology, including Workday implementation and AI integration.
- Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to advance workforce development, employee experience, and diversity and inclusion.
- Bachelor's degree and 10 or more years of experience in human resources or a talent-related field.
- Expertise in talent assessment, calibration frameworks, succession planning, and internal mobility.
- Strong project management, communication, presentation, facilitation, and process improvement skills.
- Experience with HR technology and using talent data to inform strategic decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate across teams, and handle confidential information with integrity.
