As Senior Manager, People Resolutions you’ll lead VEG's workplace investigations program and ensure an equitable, consistent, and people-first approach to resolving complex workplace concerns. Providing strategic oversight of the People Resolutions Partners and function, you’ll enable equitable outcomes across the organization.

Reporting to the Senior Director of People Experience, you’ll oversee the centralized People Resolutions team, triage employee relations concerns, and determine the appropriate ownership of investigations between People Business Partners (PBPs) and People Resolutions Partners based on complexity, risk, and business impact. The Senior Manager also personally conducts highly complex, sensitive, or high-risk investigations while coaching and developing their team to ensure investigative excellence.

In addition to investigations, the Sr. Director of People Experience will train and develop programs around workplace accommodations to ensure a consistent, equitable and compliant process for all workplace accommodations.

You’ll partner closely with Sr Director of People Experience, PBPs, Labor Relations, Legal, Operations, and other People Team Centers of Excellence (COEs) to identify organizational trends, strengthen leader capability, mitigate risk, and continuously improve the VEGgie experience. Through data, partnership, and thoughtful program design, you'll help ensure our investigation practices are consistent, scalable, legally sound, and aligned with VEG's culture and values.

• People Resolutions Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the centralized People Resolutions Partner team, setting clear expectations and ensuring consistent, high-quality support across VEG.
• Investigations and Case Governance: Own VEG’s workplace investigations program and the standards, playbooks, and workflows that support it. Oversee case intake, prioritization, and assignment based on complexity, sensitivity, and organizational risk.
• Complex Employee Relations: Lead highly sensitive or enterprise-level investigations and advise leaders, PBPs, Labor Relations, Legal, and VQ partners on performance, corrective action, workplace conflict, accommodations, policy interpretation, and employment risk.
• Accommodations and Case Governance: Own VEG’s accommodation program and the standards, playbooks, and workflows that support it. Oversee case intake, prioritization, and assignment.
