Bilingual Spanish Home Care Recruiter

Heart to Heart Home Care is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Home Care Recruiter in Bronx, NY for a full-time, in-person role. The position focuses on recruiting caregivers and HHAs while supporting the hiring process for trainees and certified aides, including applicant processing, interviews, orientation, and ongoing compliance documentation.

• Maintain personnel files in accordance with NYS DOH regulations
  .
• Process all new employment applicants, including scheduling and completing interviews
  , and verifying the authenticity of certificates and references
  .
• Conduct interviews for prospective hires and provide recommendations based on interview outcomes.
• Administer new hire orientation and coordinate with the Human Resources department throughout the hiring phase.

• Fluent in conversational Spanish

• Recruiting and interviewing experience is required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task

• Exceptional organizational skills

• Homecare experience is a plus, though not required.

This is a full-time position with an hourly pay rate of up to $26.00 per hour
