Role: HR Recruiter (
* Bilingual Spanish*)
Pay Rate: $28-30/hr
Location:
Long Island City, NY
- * 5 days a week onsite*
- Interview, Hire, and Onboard staffing replacements.
- Schedule and forecast interview appointments depending on staffing needs.
- Execute the hiring and application process according to company practices and legal compliance.
- Handle/Coordinate New Hire Orientation and Onboarding by reviewing company guidelines, work expectations, rules, and practices.
- Processes background checks in compliance of company practices and client specific requirements.
- Enrolls employees in the time and attendance system and processes activity changes as necessary.
- Monitors union card submissions and union dues.
- Interacts with payroll team in an effective and positive manner to process and resolve payroll related issues according to regulations and legal compliance.
- Elevates labor or client concerns to the HR Supervisor / HR Management team as necessary.
- Assist in operating the main operations department reception line in a professional and courteous manner when necessary.
