The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations within a fast-paced food service environment. This role serves as a strategic business partner to operations leaders, ensuring compliance with labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, company policies, and employee relations practices. The HR Manager will lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, labor relations, performance management, compensation administration, and workforce planning while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

The ideal candidate has strong experience supporting unionized employees, managing grievance procedures, interpreting collective bargaining agreements, and partnering with operational leadership to achieve business objectives.

COMPENSATION:
The Salaried rate for this position is $90,000.00 to $. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

• Partner with Labor Relations on union activities, including grievance resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions while ensuring fair and consistent application.

• Advise leaders on employee relations matters, performance management, workplace investigations, and compliance; maintain HR policies, records, and regulatory adherence.

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to meet staffing needs and reduce turnover.

• Support performance management, leadership coaching, employee development, training initiatives, and succession planning.

• Support year-end merit processes, ensure compliance with union wage structure, and assist employees with benefit-ralted inquiries

• Conduct workplace investigations, ensure labor law and regulatory compliance, partner with legal counsel on complex matters, and support audits and reporting requirements.

• Foster an inclusive, accountable workplace culture through engagement, recognition, change management, and workforce analytics initiatives.
