Contract recruiter, HR​/Recruitment

Net Box Labs is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support accelerated hiring across our engineering organization. This is a 6-month, full-time (~40 hours/week) engagement with potential to extend. Reporting to our Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will carry a portfolio of primarily engineering roles from day one, with some flex to support other teams as priorities shift.

• Own a portfolio of product and engineer reqs end to end, from intake to signed offer, with flex to support non-technical roles as needed

Proactively source and engage passive candidates to build strong, diverse pipelines quickly

• Run intake with engineering hiring managers to lock scorecards and technical requirements before sourcing starts
• Source and engage passive engineering talent through Git Hub, open source communities, and technical networks to build strong, diverse pipelines quickly
• Coordinate technical interview loops, facilitate debriefs, and drive timely hiring decisions
• Hold offers inside approved comp bands and partner with Finance on exceptions
• Partner with hiring managers across the US, UK, and EMEA on role requirements and priorities
• Keep Ashby data accurate and report on pipeline health and progress against hiring goals
