Overview
Prestigious International Bank Seeks a Senior Associate
- Human Resources (Generalist)
- Reporting to the Head of Human Resources
- Assist with Employee Relations
- Talent Acquisition
- Salary Negotiations
- Managing Relationships with External Agencies
- Assist with all Phases of the Interviewing Process including:
Pre-screening of Resumes, Coordinating with Hiring Managers, Interviewing, Presenting Offers - Assist with New Hire Onboarding
- Assist with Updating & Improving HR Policies & Procedures
- Oversee & Plan Holiday Party and all Company Social Events
- Benefits Administration
- Assist with Semi-Monthly Payroll - Manage Relationship with Outsourced Payroll Vendors
Base Salary 115k-130k + Strong Bonus & Excellent Full Comprehensive Benefits Package. Tremendous Opportunity for Growth at this Prestigious International Bank. Hybrid Schedule
- Summer Hours.
- 2-5 Years of Human Resources Generalist Experience
- Ideally at a Mid-Size International Bank or Financial Services Firm - Strong Hands-On HR Generalist Background
- Recruiting, Employee Relations, Benefits, etc - Master's Degree; HR Certifications a plus
