As we continue to scale, we are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-focused HR Manager & People Operations Lead to help build the infrastructure, processes, and team necessary for our next phase of growth.
Position OverviewThe HR Manager & People Operations Lead will be responsible for building and managing the company's human resources and people operations functions. This role will oversee recruiting, onboarding, employee development, performance management, internal policies, and organizational processes.
In addition to traditional HR responsibilities, this individual will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, helping establish departmental KPIs, performance review structures, SOPs, and operational systems that support scalability and accountability across the organization.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing HR leadership with administrative and operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead recruiting efforts across all departments including sales, operations, engineering, client success, marketing, and administration.
- Develop job descriptions and hiring plans with department leaders.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems, and candidate communications.
- Coordinate offer letters, employment agreements, and pre-employment requirements.
- Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Manage and continuously improve employee onboarding programs.
- Coordinate orientation, training schedules, and new hire integration.
- Develop training materials and resources for various departments.
- Ensure all employees receive necessary documentation, policies, and compliance training.
- Track employee development and training completion.
- Create, maintain, and enforce company policies, procedures, and employee handbook standards.
- Serve as the primary internal HR resource for employees.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
- Manage employee files, records, and HR documentation.
- Assist with benefits administration and employee communications.
- Support conflict resolution and employee performance management initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to create measurable KPIs and performance standards for each department.
- Develop review frameworks, scorecards, and accountability systems.
- Coordinate and facilitate quarterly employee performance reviews.
- Conduct quarterly review meetings with employees and department leaders.
- Track organizational performance metrics and provide reporting to leadership.
- Help identify training, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Provide administrative and operational support to company leadership.
- Assist with accounts receivable tracking and administrative follow-up.
- Manage vendor onboarding paperwork, contracts, and compliance documentation.
