Senior Manager of Legal Talent

Our client, a prominent law firm, is seeking a Senior Manager of Legal Talent to join its New York office in a hybrid capacity. This role will lead the firm's lateral partner and attorney recruiting strategy, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and market mapping through onboarding and integration, while partnering closely with firm leadership on strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in lateral partner recruiting within a large law firm environment and a proven ability to drive strategic hiring efforts.

• 7+ years of legal recruiting experience within a law firm or professional services environment, required.
• Extensive experience leading lateral partner recruiting initiatives, required.
• Prior people management experience, including supervision or development of recruiting team members, required.
• Experience partnering with firm leadership, practice group leaders, and hiring stakeholders on strategic growth initiatives, required.

The salary for this role is $160K-$205K.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
