VP- HR Systems, Strategy and Transformation

Highly reputable global law firm is in search of a HR Transformation and Strategy leader to implement best practices related to HR operations and technology. The role will be evaluating existing systems and workflows and will lead the implementation of Workday HCM. The role will be collaborating with HR, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and other business stakeholders in developing its long term strategy and scaling the systems for growth.

Responsibilities will include creating a road map strategy for the various HCM modules, evaluating new HR technology and trends, and project managing multiple initiatives to its completion.

Successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience working within a corporate HR environment, being a leader in HR systems migrations, transformation and strong project management. Ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen with the soft skills to work closely with executives and business stakeholders. Experience with ATS and HCM technology, such as Workday, Greenhouse, ADP, Taleo, or Oracle HCM is highly preferred.
