Conduit Health, Inc. is hiring a Clinical Recruiter to build the pipeline for telehealth clinicians, from first contact through contracting, with handoff to Credentialing to go live fast.
You will lead end-to-end sourcing for 1099 and then W-2 clinicians, focusing on NPs and MDs across multiple states, while building the recruiting infrastructure and reporting metrics to meet aggressive growth targets.
