Midlevel Labor & Employment Associate

• The Labor and Employment Group advises employers on the full spectrum of labor and employment law, including workplace counseling, litigation, traditional labor relations, regulatory compliance, and training.
• Requires experience in both employment litigation and counseling, with prior matter experience covering anti-discrimination, anti-harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour litigation; restrictive covenant advice (non-disclosure, non-competition, non-solicitation agreements); internal investigations; and employment policy drafting (employee handbooks, offer letters).
• Experience with traditional labor matters, such as collective bargaining and union member arbitration, is a plus.
• Candidates should demonstrate intellectual curiosity, a knack for finding practical solutions, and eagerness to take the lead on depositions, hearings, and mediations, alongside providing business-oriented, strategic advice to clients.
