Topline Pro is hiring an Associate Recruiter to own sales hiring across our New York and Nashville offices. This fast-moving, high-volume role requires managing many candidates through a rigorous funnel while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
You will own BDR hiring end to end, run a high-volume process, and partner with our early talent recruiter on campus initiatives. Expect collaboration across two offices and a data-driven approach to success.
